I’m Anna Wells.
For more than thirty years, I worked in healthcare — caring for people, listening to their stories, and helping them move with comfort and dignity. Over the years, I met countless clients who suffered from one recurring problem: foot pain.

I saw how it limited their freedom, how it affected their confidence, and how hard it was to find shoes that truly supported them.
Again and again, I thought: There must be a better way.

So I decided to do things differently.
I left my job in care and followed my passion — to create shoes that truly care back.
That’s how Wells Orthopedic Shoes was born: a small workshop where every pair is handmade, shaped with patience, compassion, and decades of experience.

What started as a small idea at my kitchen table became my life’s work — helping people walk again, free from pain. Each shoe that leaves my hands carries more than craftsmanship; it carries care, dedication, and a piece of my heart.

And today, as we celebrate 100,000 pairs of Wells Orthopedic Shoes, I want to say thank you.
